If you're interested in the planning and administration of your WordPerfect installation, you should know about several useful Corel reference documents available free on the web:
A new free upgrade guide is available from Corel, released in August 2000. The WordPerfect Office 2000 Migration Guide offers tips on moving up to WordPerfect 9 from older versions (6.x, 7, and 8). (This takes a long time to download at dial-up speeds, so be patient; Adobe Acrobat required.)
Look for the link near the bottom right of the page. (This is a PDF file which requires Adobe Acrobat.)

Many useful documents are available from this compendium of solutions. Type in keywords to search for documents that interest you. This is the same database that Corel's telephone tech support operators use. Search for document 202299 to find a migration goody called "Transition Issues from WordPerfect 8 to WordPerfect Office 2000."
